Did your website drop dramatically in rankings on, around, or after April 24, 2012? If so, it is highly likely that your site is the victim of Google’s Penguin algorithm updates.
What is Google’s Penguin Update; and, Was My website Penalized?
So, What Does That Mean…?
Can You Help My Website Recover From Google's Penguin?
How Long Does the Recovery From Google's Latest Update Take?
How Long Will it Take to See Improvements Should I Purchase Your Penguin Recovery Service?
What Does It Cost to Get Past The Penguin Update?
Do You Give Me Reports of Exactly What You Are Doing to Improve my Site Post-Penguin?
Do You Guarantee You Can Recover My Website from the Penguin Update?
Google's latest update is targeted at websites that have used what Google’s Penguin algorithm update finds to be questionable SEO (search engine optimization) methods to gain rankings in SERPs (search engine results pages). Specifically, the Penguin update targets what Google refers to as “link spam” and “over-optimization.”If you're website's ranking in SERPs (search engine results pages) dropped both dramatically as well as inexplicably, the answer to the question of whether or not your Web site was penalized is almost certainly "yes."
It almost always means one, some, or all of three things:
1.) That whomever was handling your site’s SEO (search engine optimization) was engaging in link building tactics that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines;
2.) That your website is the victim of what is referred to as ‘negative SEO’, wherein someone who doesn’t like to play fair has made a bunch of spammy links that now point to your website;
3.) Or, that your site has been de-ranked as collateral damage from the Penguin update being far from perfect.
Probably! We will need to analyze the backlink profile of the URL(s) you wish to recover to get a better idea of what you can expect from us.
This depends on a lot of things, such as what we find in your URL(s) backlink profile, what the backlink profile of your primary competitor’s sites looks like, your site’s age and authority, your budget, etc. Recovery plans, however, take at least 3 months to implement; and, can last as long as 6 months before we are able to deem a backlink profile ‘healed’ or ‘clarified’ of that which it has been penalized for. Generally speaking, the longer it took your website to get penalized, the longer it takes to get it out of a penalty.
This, too, is relative. Generally, you will see spikes of improvements come and go for your Penguin penalized keywords and keyword phrases throughout the campaign as we clarify and naturalize your URL(s) backlink profile. However, our primary focus is releasing your website from the Penguin penalty, not ranking keywords. In other words, it may be as long as 30 days after the final month of your recovery plan being complete to see any stabilized improvements.
Once again, the objective with our Penguin recovery plan for your website is to prepare it for a more aggressive ranking approach, not to make things worse by heavily targeting the keywords that got your site into trouble in the first place.
Once your Penguin recovery campaign is complete, we will then be confident that we can put your site on a standard backlink building subscription so as to truly re-rank your keywords in an organic, Google-approved way.
It depends on the amount of work we believe it will take to implement your Penguin recovery campaign. It will not, however, take less than 3 months at $200 per month. The average cost of recovery plans is 4 months at $350 per month. Yours may be more but it might be less depending, again, on what we find in your site’s backlink profile.
Our recovery plans are extremely effective and are therefore proprietary so as to prevent their replication by our competitors. Therefore, we do not provide detailed reports. What we do provide is a custom account page for you on our site so that you can track our general progress. Further, we do provide free, courtesy rank tracking via MicroSiteMasters for you to monitor your site’s progress in Google.
No, we do not. Indeed, if you have spoken with an individual or entity that claims that they can guarantee recovery, we very highly recommend that you run, not walk, in the opposite direction because you are about to get scammed.
Having said that, The Philosopher: Online Publishing & Investments, the parent company to Website Traffic Warehouse, has been getting Web properties out of Google penalties for a very long time. With your free, no-strings-attached proposal, you will get an honest and forthright assessment from us. If we do not feel that there is a very good chance that we can recover your site from the Penguin algorithm’s penalization of your site, we will say so and probably recommend that you start over with a new domain.
